What equipment do you need for your classes?

Each class will have an equipment list or home alternatives below the workout, so that you can prepare in advance for the class. If you do not have access to equipment, there are still over 100 bodyweight classes that you can complete.

How do I access Livestream classes?

If you hold a valid Premium subscription, you automatically get access to all livestream classes. You can register and join your livestream class from in your account.

Is the Livestream schedule the same each month?

The Livestream schedule can differ, however there will always be a minimum of 12 live classes per month as part of your subscription.

What if I can’t make the Live class?

All Livestream classes are recorded and uploaded 10 minutes after the class is finished, so that if you are unable to make it in real time you have the option to catch up in your own time. Livestream classes stay up on the platform for 7 days then will be removed.

Will I be charged during the free trial period?

No, you get access to the full platform for 7 days free during your trial period. Thereafter you will be charged on a monthly basis depending on your subscription plan. You have the flexibility to cancel anytime before your next billing date.
